Donna DeVaney Stockham received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, St. Petersburg, Florida. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997. She belongs to several associations including the American Bar Association, Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Sections (TIPS), Florida Justice Association, Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (FAPIA), Windstorm Insurance Network and The Florida Bar, Trial Lawyers & Young Lawyers Sections. Mrs. DeVaney Stockham represents homeowners, boat owners, business owners, condominium associations, hotels, churches, and monasteries in property damage insurance litigation claims. Mrs. DeVaney Stockham is often asked to speak to organizations and associations about property insurance law.

She is AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated™ by Martindale-Hubbell®, was selected for inclusion to the Florida Super Lawyers® list for five consecutive years and prior to that selected as a Rising Star® from 2010-2012, selected to Florida Trend’s 2016 Florida Legal Elite, ranked by peers as one of Tampa’s Top Lawyers published in The National Law Journal in 2012 and has been recognized by Tampa’s Best Lawyers: The Definitive Guide to Legal Representation in Tampa, 2012 Edition.
